UI/UX Designer

Job responsibilities

• Work on holistic user experience of the clinical web portal
• Rapid prototyping of design solutions for upcoming product features
• Identify new product improvement opportunities
• Assist the product engineering team during the implementation phase
• Present product designs to the team, stakeholders, and customers
• Help with user research and user interviewing processes

Job requirements

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Excellent attention to detail
• A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Figma
• Experience in building UI libraries and design systems
• Experience designing clinically facing products would be a plus
