In addition, we accompany this with significant services in order to ensure a virtual care program's success. These include (but are not limited to): clinical program design, program staffing, technology implementation, internal/ancillary clinical services, and results/ROI analysis.
We do not manufacture or directly sell remote patient monitoring equipment. Instead, our platform integrates mainstream remote patient monitoring and telehealth vendors into holistic, scalable, and sustainable virtual care programs. If you do not have a patient monitoring and/or telehealth vendor selected already, we have trusted partners that we will integrate into our solution.
The services we cover are optimized to supplement your clinical workforce. These include (but are not limited to): care pathway design, staffing management, medication reconciliation, treatment coordination, clinical documentation, clinical follow up, and ROI analysis.
We primarily work with risk-bearing provider groups that bring in significant streams of value-based revenue. However, we also work with ACO and fee-for-service organizations to help them efficiently operate their programs. In all cases, the cost savings are significant.
